Raw Material Sourcing
Fresh onions, garlic, and chillies are procured from trusted farms across Uttarakhand and nearby regions, prioritizing quality and seasonality.
Cleaning & Sorting
Raw materials are thoroughly washed, inspected, and sorted to remove any impurities, damaged pieces, or foreign matter.
Slicing & Preparation
Cleaned produce is peeled, sliced, or diced to uniform sizes using precision cutting equipment for consistent dehydration.
Dehydration
Prepared material enters our modern dehydration chambers where controlled heat and airflow reduce moisture content while preserving flavor and color.
Grinding & Sizing
For powdered and granulated products, dehydrated material is ground to the required mesh size using stainless steel grinders.
Quality Testing
Every batch undergoes testing for moisture content, granulation size, color consistency, microbial load, and overall purity.
Packaging
Finished products are packed in food-grade, moisture-proof packaging — from 50g retail pouches to 25kg bulk bags — with proper labeling.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched with full documentation including batch numbers, test certificates, and tracking information for complete traceability.
